Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully. This policy outlines customer guidelines regarding booking cancellations and payment refunds for single promotions, multi-creator collaborations, and monthly marketing retainers.
1. Campaign Bookings & Payments
All single video campaigns, social media posts, and monthly packages are booked and scheduled in advance. A booking is considered confirmed once the initial payment (deposit or full package fee, as specified in your agreement) is received and verified by our team.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Before Content Production: You may request to cancel a confirmed campaign booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled video shoot or scripting phase begins. A cancellation charge of 10% of the total booking value will apply to cover administrative and planning costs.
- During Production: Cancellations are not accepted once the concept scripting has been completed or our videography team has visited your business location for filming. At this point, significant resource costs have been incurred.
- Published Content: Once a promotional video (Reel/Post) is edited, approved, and posted to our social handles, the campaign cannot be cancelled, deleted, or retracted.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the service-based nature of digital advertising, content creation, and influencer videography, refunds are governed by the following criteria:
- Non-Performance by Us: If we fail to deliver a confirmed campaign or monthly marketing service within the agreed timeline due to technical, administrative, or administrative constraints on our end, a full refund of the amount paid for the unexecuted portion of the campaign will be processed.
- Content Performance: We do not issue refunds based on campaign performance metrics (such as the number of views, comments, likes, shares, or business conversions/sales generated by the reel). Social media reach is organic and dependent on algorithm trends.
- Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with a video draft, you may request edits (up to 2 rounds of minor adjustments) before approval. Refunds will not be issued based on creative preferences after the shoot has been completed.
4. Refund Processing
To request a cancellation or enquire about a refund, please contact us at info@vasaivirarspecial.in or via our WhatsApp support handle. If a refund is approved by our management team, it will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, or Card payment) within 5-7 business days.
